Welcome Makaha Surfside Owners and Residents
Welcome to the new home of Makaha Surfside (MSS). MSS Management consists of the MSS BOD (Board of Directors), MSS Office, MSS Security and MSS Maintenance. At the bottom of each page is a contact form where you can simply select a topic and we’ll route your submission to the right resource. All other applications and guidelines are on the Owner and Resident pages.

REMINDER for MSS Unit Inspections REQUIRED ACCESS
- All shut off valves under the sinks; water heater; breaker box; visual inspection of the lanai; kitchen disposal must be clear and functioning; all water lines are functioning properly and without leaks; access to the washing machine and dishwasher panel are also required. DETAILS

We’re Hiring! We’re hiring security and housekeeping; please send your resume to office@makahasurfside.net or call 808 696 6991 for an appointment.
- Car Wash Saturdays! Schedule your preferred time between 8:00am – 6:00pm in advance with security and they will set up the hose and provide a bucket ~ 30 minutes max. ~ $5.00 cash. Sunday is for household item washdown, same reservation procedure.
